Buenaventura Mobile Estates – 11405 Darling Rd., Ventura, close to Wells Rd.
Ventura Country Estates – 10685 Blackburn Rd., close to Wells Rd.
La Posada – 4499 Copland St., Ventura, off of Telephone and Main Streets
Sunny Acres – 2177 E. Pleasant Valley Rd., Oxnard
Most of the above parks offer space rent, and many of them have rent control, which keeps your space rent at a reasonable rate, usually going up once a year.
Space rents vary from about $500 per month up to about $900 per month. Some utilities might be included.

Rancho Ventura – 1220 Johnson Drive, close to Telephone Dr.
Poinsettia Gardens – 11370 Darling Road, Ventura, Wells Road
Stonegate – 1025 Cachuma Ave., Telephone and Miami Ln., Ventura
Land-ownership parks do not charge space rent, but possibly H.O.A. fees.
