Wonder what’s happening behind the scenes, who is responsible for maintaining Ventura Marina Community? Our new manager, Chris Connell, has taken over the position from Bob Tripp. Bob was the manager for over 20 years, finally retired and has time to play golf. We welcome Chris with open arms.

Rosie, is responsible for maintaining the common areas, such as the clubhouse, the restrooms, meeting rooms, and several other duties. Rosie is the best, she’s been here for 29 years!
