As a writer, I find it impossible to be creative when I am not inspired, or I am in a big hurry. I apologize to my followers of this blog for not keeping you up-to-date on what is happening in the world of manufactured homes in the Senior Community. Business has been very good; Seniors are down-sizing, getting ready to slow down, or retire, and using the equity in their big homes to purchase a property and still have monies left over to add to their nest egg! Here in Ventura, we have gorgeous manufactured homes at the Harbor, the beach, and close by. I have been blessed in being able to help fulfill a lifetime dream of living in a seaside town for so many wonderful clients, and have been very busy doing so. I neglected my blog, but “SHE’S BACK”!
